Turns out one of discs has eroded away and was causing me terrible back pain. For months I had to crawl out of bed because my pain was so severe. On my first appointment w/ Norman, he was able to identify some areas to focus on and properly diagnose what was causing me pain. In subsequent sessions Norman provided me with several exercises and stretches to alleviate my back pain. After only a few weeks the pain was reduced significantly, I can get out of bed in the morning with only minor discomfort and each day gets better and better. This was a huge relief as I thought I’d have to live with this pain the rest of my life. Thank you Norman for helping me and providing me with the tools and guidance I need to acquire and maintain a pain-free lower back going forwards!

I was referred to NORMAN at Sports and Wellness Therapy for my PT after the 2nd tear.  It was such a positive experience after my 1st PT, at a FACTORY like, dirty and dinghy place as compared to NORMAN's PT studio.  Norman is patient and works at your pace and within your pain threshold. He is excellent and a Master of his profession. I have seen tremendous improvement on my 2nd hand and a huge improvement even in my 1st Rotator Cuff as well.  This improvement is in fewer sessions as compared to my 1st place for PT!  I have gone from "NEED SURGERY" to "NO SURGERY NEEDED"!! I strongly recommend NORMAN and Sports and Wellness Therapy. Norman Schacht, and his outstanding Physical Therapy skills, was just what I needed for recovery from a partial tear in my hip tendon. His one-on-one guidance, in his pristine office space, allowed the healing necessary to make my trip to Costa Rica possible!  Each demanding PT session was followed by ultra sound, deep-tissue massage and CBD cream (or taping). All these factors, and other valuable nutrition tips, have led to complete recovery!
